Gears is the best. Halo 3 comes second (but the online is terrible).
CoD4’s subtitle should be “Modern Grenade-Dodging” because that’s what online multiplayer is all about (it’s unfair too). Oblivion I hate just because an ex-housemate used to compulsively steal worthless items and stash them in an abandoned house.

The Elder scroll IV:Oblivion is definitely the best. It’s an rpg where you can make your own charecter, and you get to chose from lizard people, cat people, orcs elves and some others. The graphics are so life like. I got it for my Xbox360. I totally agree with cookies. Great choice. This gears of war, and Halo 3 ARE the top three best games.

Im an RPG guy so I’ll say Oblivion. Among PC RPGs it really is one that stands out. Its something between NWN and Fable (Youve got an Xbox right? You might know fable then. Well, oblivion is better).
Assasin’s Creed is good and has unbelievable graphics but im not sure if it was worth all that fuss around it

ooohh i like this question, im a fifa 08 fan, bought every one for the past 7 years, then id go halo 3, gears of war, bioshock, condemned 2, (nice) then dead rising, the rest can sit gathering dust for all i care, except for CoD and creed

I havent played all of these games, but i have played many of them. out of all my games, the only one i still play is COD4 modern warfare. Best shooter to date. The multi player is even better than the fantastic single player game.
